Parade: Curbside Camera (Partial Set)
172 Photos - These pictures are from a stationary camera shooting the floats as they came by. The last 2/3rds of the parade (full parade in set below) is represented here and they are in parade order. If you were sitting on the curb at the parade, this is what you would have seen. Our roving camera caught floats and people the stationary camera was unable to get.

Parade: Roving Camera
341 Photos - These pictures are from a roving camera walking along the parade route starting just before the parade begins and ending with teardown. Almost all of the close-up shots we took are in this set and much of the crowd. If you were in the parade or stopped our photographer for a photo, you'll probably see yourself in this set. (Update 7/5/06: Fixed rotation on several photos)

(Tuesday, July 4th, 2006) All we can say is WOW! We were expecting a big crowd turnout but Underwood absolutely blew us away! It was a warm summer day and it looked as if all of Underwood and the surrounding communities showed up to line the parade route. Congrats and thanks to Underwood for putting on a great parade!
Once again our volunteers (slathered in sunscreen, and happy to be in their first rain-free parade this year) were photographing the event. Loren, his wife Tina and volunteers passed out icee pops along the parade route and talked to everybody they could.
Special thanks go out to all of our friends who came out to see us, everyone in Underwood who were so great to our crew, and our parade route volunteers.
If you weren't able to talk with us at the parade, you can always send us an E-mail of support, volunteer, or put up a sign on your lawn. We're always grateful for the support.
Please note: We just want to take a moment to let you know that we realize not everyone in the photos are necessarily Knauss supporters (though we would love it if they were!). Our friends took a lot of pictures of the campaign, but also wanted to take pictures of some of the interesting people and floats along the way. We are happy to show you the photos we took, and appreciate the understanding of everyone pictured -- those who are our supporters, and other fine members of the community.
